The assessment starts with a simple conversation, about an hour, by phone or video. You don't prepare anything. We walk through how work actually moves through your business: what comes in, who touches it, where it waits, what gets re-typed, and what you check twice because nothing tells you it's done.

Then I do the homework. I go back through everything you said, research the tools that fit your situation, and put numbers on each one: what it does, what it costs a month, and how many hours it hands back.

Three business days after the call, your report arrives. It names where your week is going, in your numbers and your own words. It recommends a short list of specific fixes, ordered by what to do first, each with its cost and its payoff stated. It also tells you what not to automate, which matters as much as the rest.

Then we walk through it together on a 30-minute call, and you decide what, if anything, happens next.

I'm James, My experience with machine learning and AI is diverse. My first encounter with Large Language Models was with OpenAI's GPT 2 while working at Microsoft in 2020 within their Teams chat bot division. I then got to apply ML to predicting trucking rates while working within Uber's Freight logistics organization. More recently I moved to Amazon to help build their satellite internet offering and used machine learning to understand how to build and operate a fleet of thousands of low earth orbit satellites. I now build agentic AI systems to help operate Amazon.com's massive fulfillment network.

As the developments within AI continue to accelerate I saw the enormous opportunity to help the millions of small and medium sized businesses adopt and adapt to this new world. Big tech no longer feels like the right place for me to make an impact. So I'm hanging up a shingle and am excited to talk to anyone that is feeling left behind when it comes to AI.
